Who We Are
A Baltimore-based medical courier and logistics startup, building three service divisions: secure medical logistics, last-mile e-commerce delivery, and high-security IT equipment transport.
Sentinel Global Solutions LLC is a Baltimore-based startup building a multi-division operations company across business consulting, management consulting, and logistics services. We are pre-revenue: we have no clients on contract, no employees on payroll, and we hold no certifications. We are honest about that stage because it is the true starting point.
Our enterprise operations platform — the Sentinel Command Hub — provides real-time visibility into contracts, workforce, fleet, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across our three planned divisions. Built for executive leadership and operations managers, the platform consolidates every critical data point into a single, secure command center. The records inside it are placeholder demo data for evaluating the software, not real business activity.
We are working toward the certifications and operating standards our divisions will require. Founder Keith Gibson holds a current HIPAA training certification (North American Learning Institute, valid through February 2027) and a Bloodborne Pathogens certification (National CPR Foundation, valid through February 2027). As a company, we do not currently hold — and do not claim — organization-level certifications: no minority business enterprise status, no small business registration, and no company-wide healthcare, transport, or data-destruction certifications. We will list those here only once they are actually issued to us.
We currently have no clients on contract. Our target market is organizations that need dependable, security-conscious logistics: hospitals and clinical laboratories needing medical specimen transport, enterprise technology firms relocating sensitive hardware, high-volume e-commerce brands needing last-mile delivery, and emerging businesses across the Baltimore-Washington region. These are the segments we are actively pursuing — not a client list we already have.
Sentinel Global Solutions is founder-led and headquartered at 1 East Chase Street, Suite 1101, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. We are an early-stage startup: we do not yet employ drivers, technicians, route coordinators, compliance officers, or executive staff.
We are not publishing names, headcount, biographies, or client logos until they are accurate. Our current work is building the operational and compliance foundations of the business — dispatch, chain-of-custody logging, and fleet and compliance tracking — before we scale a team.
